Soapbox: A public response to this editorail comment. Your pharmacist IS a doctor. Not an M.D., but a Pharm.D., and we’re here to help keep you safe. We’re all human, even your physician, and we can all make mistakes. (also: I now realize the author of this letter was a man. I kept saying “she.” Another adendum: If you only have one pharmacy, the pharmacist will have access to our entire prescriptions history and be better able to make judgement calls without calling the physician)

Spinning WIP – Firecracker Polwarth Roving from Dragonfly Fibers.

I drone on about the new Interweave Knits (Winter 2015) and my dislike for bobbles, but most things would be okay without them, and also that the one pattern I really liked, well, it’s knit end-to-end and kitchnered shut. So, no thanks.

My WIPS are my #everystitcheveryprayerforfru socks and my SPAKAL 2012 – yes, this has been ongoing for more than 2 years now.

I went to Fiber in the Boro! I patroned P is for Primitive, River’s Edge Fiber Arts, Unwind Yarn Company, The Color Wheel Yarn, Kim’s Nest, and Fringe. What a fun trip with beautiful things to see and fun friends to spend the day with, even if it was SO COLD!
